The motel is undergoing a serious renovation, so give it time to come together. I got a clean, adequate room at a reasonable price on 6-4-5-2026. If you like pizza, Balduccis beer and bait is across the road next to Hilltop BBQ. The owner makes a handmade 16 inch pizza that's like nothing I've ever had. It takes 45 minutes, but you won't regret it.

We had no TV to watch, just one set of towels, filthy carpet, pictures lying on the ground, no soap in the bathroom, and no microwave. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Shannon keeps this Motel at a 5 star rating with the great job she does. She's one of the nicest people you'll meet and treats you like family. A warm, welcoming atmosphere and smiling service go a long way these days. If you need a room in Warsaw, Shannon has you covered.

We arrived in Warsaw at midnight during state fair week, only to learn that our reservation at another motel had been given to someone else. Luckily, this charming motel had a room for us. It was very clean and comfortable, just the right place to rest our heads.

We came back after staying here around 10 or 12 years ago and spent two nights with our dogs. The place is close to Warsaw, the rooms were clean, and management was friendly. They're under new management now, and the people running it were great and very accommodating with our pets. We'd definitely stay again.
