Aaryn and everyone else on staff were great, and the people checking me in were lovely too. I really wish I’d stayed longer and brought my bathing suit, since that was the one thing that could’ve made the stay even better. The beds were super comfortable, I loved the zero shower products, and the place felt secluded. My favorite hotel in California so far. I’d come back.

The team really made my day. Supervisor Hanna even brought me an instant cold pack for my arthritis pain, which was above and beyond, and customer specialist Athea patiently got the formal printouts I asked for within seconds. Jordy texted to check on me, something I’ve usually only experienced at five-star Hiltons around the world, and I appreciated it a lot. Manager Luchie greeted me with a smile and bottled water, then answered all my questions about the Hilton Honors program and put me at ease. My room was spotless and the Wi-Fi worked great. Between that and the hospitality, it felt like a five-star stay. I’ll definitely book again and bring my family. Thanks to all of you, and I wish you well.

The lobby is fancy and the staff were nice. Breakfast tasted pretty good, though not enough to justify $20. I barely noticed the nearby interstate, and the bed was comfortable. The room felt like a $100 room being sold for $300 a night. There were no tissues, the toilet paper was dollar-store quality, and there was no safe. The closet was tiny, the full-length mirror had terrible lighting, the bathroom shelf was broken, and the window was filthy. The TV setup was outdated and awkward, and my supposedly clean towels had long black hairs on them. The towel rack and linens were inside the shower stall. I had to hold the flush handle for eight seconds to get a full flush, and at 5 a.m. the shower took over five minutes to get hot. There was no bathroom fan, so you had to leave the door open to avoid a steam room. The closest shop or food was nearly half a mile away.

I’m here every Tuesday for work, and the staff remember repeat guests and make me feel appreciated. The rooms are comfortable, with nice beds, plus a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave in every room. There’s also a nice pool and hot tub, and the restaurant is top notch. I’ve really enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel.

We had a nice stay with our dog. There was plenty of space to walk outside with him, and the rooms were a good size. Staff were friendly too. Breakfast was the letdown: it was $16 each for a basic meal that other hotels often include for free.
