Holiday Inn Express Hotel Sacramento Airport Natomas by IHG

THANK YOU DONNEKA! As General Manager at this location, she’s incredibly sweet and friendly, and makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Her leadership and hospitality stand out. She’s dedicated to making every guest’s stay smooth and pleasant, and clearly goes above and beyond with customer service. It’s rare to meet someone so personable and committed.

I landed here on short notice for work and found a simple, quiet, comfortable room. The staff were helpful and friendly. There are several restaurants close by, so there are plenty of places within walking distance. The fitness center was basic but did the job.

My flight got diverted, so I ended up checking in at 4 a.m. Kay welcomed me and was kind and really helpful. I’m grateful for that hospitality. The room was clean, the staff friendly, the Wi-Fi strong, and the continental breakfast was decent and out early enough for early flights. A surprisingly great stay that exceeded my expectations by a mile. If you need a clean room near the airport, this is a good option. Thank you!

This Holiday Inn is run down. I moved rooms multiple times and ran into the same problems: TVs that didn’t work or were so old the color was shot, loose faucets, and intermittent Wi-Fi. I feel bad for the staff, who can’t fix these issues and have to hear all the complaints. If you don’t care whether half the basic amenities work, or need to stream your own media from your phone, this might be your jam. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
