After I checked out, the hotel charged my full incidental amount to my card without a receipt or explanation, even though there had been no incident or damage. When I called several times about what they described as a minor bedsheet stain, I asked for a reasonable cleaning fee. They refused and charged over $200, saying the whole bedding set had to be replaced because of the stain. That seems excessive and unreasonable. They dismissed my concerns with, “That’s our policy.” In all my years of work travel, I’ve never had such a frustrating and unfair experience with a hotel chain. The front desk and service were extremely disappointing, and I’m left with a bitter impression of the property and its poor customer service.

The bed was comfy, the place spotless, and the young man who checked me in gave excellent service. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with a variety of items. We stayed just one night, but were tempted to add another for fun 🤩.

There’s a gym, an outdoor pool, and an ATM in the lobby. The rooms have two beds, a microwave, and a mini fridge. It’s family friendly, with regular breakfast, and sits by the freeway. The escalator can fit up to five people at a time.

Pleasant and helpful staff, and the rooms were clean and nice. The hotel seems pretty new and is a good step up from the other Holiday Inn Expresses nearby. There’s plenty of parking, with a security guard on duty around the clock. A really nice hotel for a reasonable price.
