I drove all the way from San Francisco, expecting everything to be ready because the Priceline booking had gone through and the money was taken from my account. But I got there around 10:15pm and the front office was closed. I never saw anything on the listing saying it shut from 10pm to 9am. I was exhausted and just wanted a shower and bed, and other people arrived after 10 too. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve never had to deal with anything like it, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’m feeling comfortable in the room and hopeful about the month ahead. It has ambient lighting and a lounge chair, which you don’t always get in a budget hotel. The kitchen is pretty bare, but you can get the tools you need for an extra cost if you want to cook. The full-size fridge and microwave are enough for me. Hanna arranged a ground-floor room for my month-long stay on short notice, gave me a great rate, and made check-in easy. There are lots of shopping and dining options across Highway 80 in the Arden Views area, which I’m looking forward to.

My son and I have been coming back and forth for almost six months, and we’re grateful for how helpful the staff always are. They’re understanding about all the situations that come up when booking online. The room is always clean and it’s always quiet. ☺️👌🏾

We booked a two-bed room with a kitchen for a week, but the cupboards were empty. There was no silverware, dishes, pots, pans, toiletries or soap. When we complained, they said we had to rent those things by the day. We checked out, and they wouldn’t give our money back. Worst hotel ever.

My husband and I are staying here until we can move into our new home, and things have gone really well so far. Everyone working here has been kind. Nancy has been a huge help with all my questions, and I’ve had plenty. Tina has been just as helpful and so sweet. Seeing her in the morning always makes me smile and gets my day off to a good start. A big thank-you to all the staff at the Extended Stay, and an extra, extra thank-you to Nancy and Tina. You’re both amazing!
