The room wasn't very clean, and I wasn't happy, especially given the price. When I called to ask about a late checkout, the latest they could offer was 11:30, while everywhere else we stay says noon. At check-in, I was told the TVs weren't working and might be down for a couple of hours. That was fine since I don't watch much TV, but I think the price should have been lower. The employee beside the woman at the desk told another customer they had to check out the next day because the place was fully booked. They didn't tell me that, and I don't think they're ever booked up. The deposit is only $50 and can be paid in cash, which was the one good thing. No pets allowed? Shame on you. People need their pets and pets need their people. I'll probably not come back.

The only good part was that the women were nice. When I checked in, the man was friendly at first, but the room had hair and dirt all over the sheets and mattress protector. I asked for clean sheets and was told to follow staff to get them. They didn't give me a mattress cover, and although they said they'd replace it the next day, they never did. Nobody apologized or offered anything for the trouble. Later, I asked about a second car parking pass and was told it cost $25, even though I'd booked for two guests. The lot had plenty of space. People were playing music loudly by the pool, and the area felt sketchy. The gate was broken. Given the poor cleanliness and overall experience, I wouldn't stay again.

The room smelled great, was clean, and had working AC. We had some complications at the front desk, but the employee there, Robert, had a wonderful personality and helped us work through them. He calmed me down, too. The customer service was great, and I loved the stay.

The front desk staff were very nice, and the price was affordable. We stayed two nights because the hotel was close to where we needed to be. The neighborhood felt kind of sketchy, though, and the rooms were only so-so. They were clean but old and need upgrading. The bathroom was clean, but there was mold in the grout, and the sink's porcelain was broken and repaired. Everything felt old and in need of work, and the room smelled stale and musty. There's no breakfast, just coffee. I'm not sure I'll come back.
