Safety Harbor Motel

We’d stay here again. We were in town for one night to visit friends, and the check-in and checkout were easy. The room was simple but had what we needed, even an extra blanket and a mini fridge. Downtown Safety Harbor, with its many good restaurants, is an easy walk away, which was a big plus.

That shower pressure was perfect after a hot day of sightseeing, and I loved having a mini kitchen. I spent two nights in the King suite in Room 101 and found it wonderfully comfortable, clean, and easy to get into with the check-in instructions. I did find it a little too cold, though, and wished I could turn off the A/C during my stay. The regular Spectrum cable television was appreciated too. The safe neighborhood makes this a place I’d recommend to single women, and I plan to stay here whenever I’m visiting the Tampa/Clearwater area. There are plenty of shops and places to eat along the main road and US-19 nearby. For the budget friendly price, it’s a great choice.

We’ve stayed at the Safety Harbor Motel three times now and plan to come back. It’s handy to reach restaurants, shops, and bars on foot. The room’s bed is very comfortable, and the A/C kept us cool. Having a kitchen and fridge for snacks is great, too. Danielle is always super responsive.

I’ve just stayed in room 114 for the second time, and it was just as nice as before. The queen bed, bunk beds, and single bed make it suitable for young families. It was spotless and peaceful, with great water pressure. On my earlier stay, Bungalow 111 bed 1 Bath was clean, bright, and spacious as well. The internet worked great for Zoom meetings, and communication was clear. Getting in was easy. A room map on the website would help people arriving after dark. Downtown restaurants are all great and about a 10 minute walk away.
