BOBO was easily the best part of our 2 night stay. She was pleasant and quickly helped with anything we needed. The rooms were nice, though they could've been cleaner, with crumbs suggesting the beds needed moving and vacuuming more often. The pool area could use an upgrade too. It got foggy so quickly that you couldn't see the kids swimming. Having a restaurant right inside the hotel was very nice.

Sports teams, DON'T STAY HERE! We were in Saginaw for a tournament with several hockey teams. Families from multiple teams were calmly chatting in the lobby after the games, which is a normal chance to spend time together. At 9:50pm, Bobo at the front desk rudely told us we had to leave at 10pm because “the lobby was closing.” When we politely asked to see the policy or talk to a manager, she refused and called the police. Four officers arrived and two more were on standby. As we dispersed, she blew kisses and taunted us. The whole thing was upsetting and unbelievable for both the parents and kids. The next day, staff apologized when we tried to file a complaint, but there were no forms, so we had to write our complaint on a blank sheet of paper. Several days have passed and we still haven't heard anything from the hotel. Other teams at different hotels didn't have this problem with rude desk staff or lobbies that “close.” Some stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn, and we heard it was great. If your team needs a place to stay, I'd strongly recommend another hotel in the area.

The pool inside was freezing, and ants kept appearing in our bathroom. We only booked this hotel because its website advertised an inside/outside pool, and we paid extra for a poolside room. There was no swim-through pool and no poolside room. VERY disappointed.

There were three of us visiting for shopping and to enjoy the area. My son stayed, but my daughter and I drove four hours home. We were glad to have two cars. I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't use the bathroom: there were no hand rails, I couldn't close the bathroom door, and there was no way to shower. We were told they have two handicapped rooms, with a slightly larger bathroom and a king-size bed, but those bathrooms also have no rails. They said Michigan doesn't require anything different. I thought the disability act applied in all 50 states.

The blanket on the bed had mold, which made me think it had been wet from previous guests and not washed by room service. The fridge also made my food go bad. This was my second stay at the Four Points, after a first visit in 2023, and both times I didn't receive Marriott points. I've tried several times in 2023 and 2025 to reach the hotel's manager, Marius Presley, but have yet to get a phone call. I won't stay here again. If Marius Presley is struggling to maintain the property instead of treating it as a financial gain, he should pass it to someone who will maintain it.
