Great Western Inn & Suites - Saginaw

The gentleman at the front desk was so polite and helpful, and he made my night much better. I really appreciate him.

There's an excellent field behind the hotel where dogs can run and play. The hotel won't mention it, though. They'll point you to a small corner next to the dumpster instead. It's a bit dingy, like most inexpensive hotels, but I didn't see any cockroaches or bed bugs. It's not what some of the one-star reviews say. I wanted a higher-class place, but spring break meant all the hotels were booked. This worked out fine.

John at the front desk is awesome, and management is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and good, and the price is fair. I've stayed here several times on different occasions, and it's been just as good each time. There are absolutely no bed bugs or any kind of bugs at all!

It's a much older hotel, but I found it more comfortable than any other place I've stayed. The people here are just starting their lives over, and the staff have been courteous, kind and good at communicating. The rooms are reasonably priced and truly feel like home. Thank you, GW INN, for your hospitality during the most crucial time of my recovery!
