Holiday Inn Express Frackville

The room was spacious and clean, and the night staff got us checked in thoughtfully and efficiently. In the morning, Stephanie and brynn at the desk were excellent and kind, bringing each kid a straw. Holly's breakfast spread was delicious, and she even brought the kids a little treat. 10/10 stay.

The hotel itself was great, but I wouldn't stay again after the room rate mess. We were charged 40 dollars per room per night above the quoted amount, and fixing it took an hour of my time.

Breakfast was AMAZING, with a great choice of food, and the staff were VERY nice. Every person we came across was super friendly. Our king standard room was spotless, and the Dove brand toiletries were a nice extra. The hotel was clean from the moment we walked in, and there's a handy little “snack shop & supply” area. We also used the washer and dryer, which came in handy. We stayed 3 days 2 nights and have nothing negative to say. It's easy to get to, with stores nearby, and we'll 100% stay again. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Staff were welcoming and friendly, which matters when you're a traveler like me and away from home. Without a doubt, this is the best HIE I've stayed at in the chain. Kudos to management and staff for keeping the place lively.
