Jallah made this stay stand out. He welcomed guests warmly, often by name, and his restaurant and activity tips were right on. I was impressed by how much care he gave to guests, the lobby, security and safety, and the evening reception. Ella was lovely too, always checking whether I needed anything. The room was clean and roomy, and the bed was comfortable. One of my best stays, and hands down the best hotel in this area for me.

The location works perfectly for events around town, especially Timberwolves games. We come back whenever we're in town, and Jallah is always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. Breakfast is good every time too.

We came for my boyfriend's 21st birthday, and Jallah was so sweet and helpful. He made sure we had extra towels and the other things I needed. It was an amazing experience, thanks to him.

The West End is right nearby, with plenty of shops and fine dining within walking distance, so the location is phenomenal. Leah and Jallah were kind, engaging, and knowledgeable when we checked in. The hotel is beautiful and clearly gets a lot of care: everything was clean, and my spacious room was spotless with a comfortable bed. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're traveling through the area.
