Hampton Inn St. Louis Southwest

Our car trouble came out of nowhere while we were traveling with our four kids, so we needed somewhere to stay at the last minute. The staff at Spark Hotel were kind and understanding through a stressful time. They even let us stay past checkout while the car was at the shop, which helped our family a lot. Katlyn and Debbie deserve a special thanks for their kindness and hospitality. Their flexibility made a hard day much easier, and we're very grateful.

The hotel was still under renovation during our corporate event in September 2025, but the experience was great. Jeremy and his staff went above and beyond, made sure our rooms were ready and clean when needed, and were so accommodating to our group. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently close by. Leanne, their group contact, also helped us sort out the room block and secure a meeting room. Big thanks to Jeremy, Leanne, and the Hampton Inn team. We hope to see you next year, and I can't wait for the renovations to be done for their sake.

The employees were nice and so was the room, but breakfast was dull. There was no hot food besides a toaster. It was okay, though it felt more like a two-star stay.

I was held up at checkout because the receptionist was getting food from the dining area. The room itself was good, but the bathroom had problems: I couldn't tell whether the marks around the tub were mold or old caulking, the tub stopper didn't work, and the shower flange had come loose from the wall.
