The hot breakfast was delicious each morning, and the rooms are a good value. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was quiet. Some beds need replacing, though. There’s no elevator to the second-floor rooms, and the outdoor paths haven’t been maintained well, so watch your step. I’d recommend it.

The staff were welcoming, and the General Manager was especially approachable and made us feel at ease when we spoke with her. Our bed was comfortable, and the small issue we reported was taken care of right away. The room was clean, though the carpet felt a little sticky; there was no bad smell. Breakfast was limited, but fresh and served with a smile, a handy quick bite before heading out. All good, and I’d enjoy staying here if I’m in the area.

I paid online for a reservation, but when I arrived, both front-office workers said I had no booking for that day. After a lot of frustration and waiting, I had to check into another hotel. I went back with my confirmation details to get a refund, and the person then at the front desk said my reservation was fine and that the two earlier workers had marked me as a no call no show. Train your employees better. Save your time and money and stay at Navajo Nation Inn by the zoo. NAVAJOLAND INN IS THE WORSE. Their pool is ALWAYS closed. DO BETTER.

I’ve been coming here for family visits since 2014, and it feels like home every time. The views are peaceful, prices are unbeatable, and the rooms are tidy. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent.

After a 10 hour trip, this was exactly the place we needed. The bed was amazing, breakfast was great and comparable to a Hilton breakfast, and the property is beautiful. Everyone was super friendly, and there are plenty of amenities. The gift shop has lovely items that would make good holiday gifts. I only wish it had more products from Navajo Small Businesses. I was interested in several things, but realizing they weren’t made locally made the purchases feel inconsequential. I try to make sure every dollar I spend matters. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
