The price was right, and the front desk clerk let me check in early, which I appreciated. The room was relatively clean and everything worked, though I agree with other reviewers that it needs upgrades and a remodel. I got a decent night's sleep, the location was great, and they were happy to let us bring our small dog. For the price, I'd stay again as a solo male traveler, but probably wouldn't bring my wife and kids. The TV was tiny, had a purple tint, and kept cutting in and out. Trying to watch NFL football on it was frustrating, and it looked like it should've been replaced ten years ago. There was also a lot of trash around the parking lot and not much attention to how the place looked. Breakfast was just coffee, juice, an Oreo muffin, and a waffle maker, with no fruit or protein. I left because I don't eat that kind of stuff.

Applebee's is right next door and an easy walk. The man who checked me in was friendly. I requested a first-floor room when booking in the app, and as a Wyndham Diamond member I expected to get it, especially since this property has no elevator and I have trouble with stairs. In room 200, the AC couldn't cool the room enough, even on the coldest setting with the fan on high. The refrigerator also needs to be thawed and cleaned.

I was exhausted after traveling all day and got in late. The bed was hard and the springs squeaked, though the pillows were comfortable. The place feels worn out and needs remodeling, with dirty carpets and a nasty shower. I only stayed because it was cheap and I couldn't drive any farther. Basically just took a nap and left. Wouldn't return.

I stayed here five years ago and it was a decent motel. Now it's one of the biggest dumps I've seen, and I wouldn't recommend it until there's new management. There were dead bugs all along the baseboards, and stains everywhere that looked like blood or something else. The people in the room beside me packed up and left because of bed bugs. I didn't see any live ones, but I have big bite marks all over my body.

Truck parking is easy, and Applebee's is next door. There's liquor for sale at the gas station, food down the street, plus Walmart, where you can get a rotisserie chicken, or go to KFC. I'll stay again.
