Our gala went off without a hitch, and I have no complaints about the event or our hotel stay. Jill supported us throughout the planning and the night itself. She was organized, responsive, professional, and always made us feel looked after. The venue looked beautiful, and everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel room was clean, the housekeepers were very friendly, and the front desk team went above and beyond for me and our guests. Thanks to Jill and the whole team for making the awards gala such a memorable success. I’d highly recommend this venue for a special event.

Aprille, Cindy, and Alexa really helped make the baby shower special. They were professional, caring, and went out of their way to help. The staff as a whole were friendly and helpful, and their service was top notch. The hotel is gorgeous, and the food was great too.

Mary Lou at the front desk took the time to find us a quiet room with a sunset view, which was much appreciated. The room was clean and roomy, with a spacious bathroom and nice amenities. When we needed a couple of things, service was quick and polite. We enjoyed delicious nightcaps at the bar on our first stay here over Valentine’s weekend, and are already looking forward to coming back.

I called back and spoke with Mark in reservations about moving the booking from the 29th and 30th to the 28th and 29th for my son and his bride. He confirmed the nightly price would stay the same, then mentioned a $1,385 date-change fee right as we were wrapping up. Nice try. Since canceling was free, I canceled and made a new reservation instead, at no extra cost. I’d originally seen plenty of rooms listed for the 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, and other nights at about $409 a night. I’d booked the 29th and 30th online, as a Marriott Bonvoy member, before talking with my son.

The room stood out from the usual hotel experience, with a spacious layout, comfy bed, and great shower. The whole area has had an amazing upscale transformation with a distinct European feel. Probably one of the best hotel rooms I’ve had.
