Great location and a nice room for the price. It was clean and smelled fine. But at 8p there was absolutely no hot water, and the desk staff basically shrugged and told me to suck it up.

The owners are so hospitable, and they make good coffee in the morning. It's clean, which is a must for me, and housekeeping comes daily. One of the most affordable places in Jacksonville. If you're after a comfortable, affordable stay, this place was great!!

The young woman who checked me in was polite and even let me see the room before I put my card down. Fast food is within walking distance. It was quiet, everything was clean and worked, and I got a great night's sleep. Excellent value, no complaints.

This place is rated higher than it deserves. The rooms aren't dirty, but they smell musty, and they don't give you enough towels. It's a cheap hotel beside a really noisy road. During their breaks, women you probably wouldn't want your kids seeing hang out in the parking lot.

The lady at the desk was nice and the location was good. Then I found big roaches all over the room and bed bugs crawling on top of the comforter. I got a refund and ran. I'd rather sleep in my car at a rest area!!!
