Sinawav Trail Lodge

Our room was spacious, clean, and had a nice bathroom. A mini fridge and microwave made it easy to sort out meals, and dogs were welcome for a small fee. We liked having the courtyard as a place to hang out and relax. The owners, management, and team were all very friendly. This was a charming little lodge for a weekend in Salida, with a great price and a convenient location near town and the other activities we did. After each day's adventures, it was nice to come back to this roadside place. We had a great time and would stay again. Highly recommend.

The staff were awesome. Our flight was super late on Christmas night, but they arranged for us to get into the room after hours. It had everything we needed: warm blankets, a heater, soap, shampoo, face cleansers, towels, washcloths, a coffee pot, a microwave, cups, and more. The room had a perfect view, and the place itself was absolutely beautiful. I loved the decor, especially if you like a country style. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone we know who's going to the area!

The room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable, but the stained sheets and comforter were off-putting. The neighbor next door coughed all night, poor thing, and we couldn't sleep. The rooms aren't very soundproof, as with many hotels. The staff were very nice.

It's right off Rainbow Rd and turned out to be a perfectly good place for a quick stay. The rooms are small and simple, but the window AC units were fantastic. There's a pleasant outdoor space with grass, swinging chairs, and a playset. A good budget option, highly recommended.
