In winter, they left our door open for around 30 minutes while it was below zero outside. My younger siblings and I kept getting colds and the flu. Workers would also show up at random times during the week without warning and insist on cleaning a room that was already clean. It felt really unprofessional.

We stayed the night before an early flight, and the location worked perfectly. Even with a lake effect snow warning, the staff member went out several times to shovel the path to our room so my sister, who was seven months pregnant, could get through. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the bathroom heat lights were a nice extra. Great value. For a two-star hotel, I was impressed.

My family and I have been living here for three months. It's a very nice, clean place, and the staff have been helpful and pleasant.

The plumbing leaked and sprayed water everywhere, and the rooms feel very old. The cashier works behind bulletproof glass, which gives you an idea of what the area is like.
