The room and hotel were very clean, and the rates were reasonable, but the place needs updating. There was a strong disinfectant smell outside and inside that made me wonder what it was covering up. Our room smelled like someone had just used the toilet, and we had to turn on the toilet tank water so it would refill and flush. The phone didn't work when we tried to call the desk. My husband went down and came back with a can of disinfectant.

For a budget-friendly price, you get a clean room and a comfortable bed. The staff were professional and courteous, and it's convenient for truckers. Parking is lousy, and opening the doors at the end of the hall sets off an alarm. The hotel needs maintenance: there are cracks in the walls and a hallway ceiling leak. The business center is just a desktop tucked into an alcove.

The location and price compared with nearby hotels are about the only things going for this place. The sheets and towels had stains, so cleanliness was questionable. Breakfast was the bare minimum, and the staff weren't helpful. For what you get, the price is too high.

I've stayed here four or five times over the last couple of years, and it's never let me down. It's cheap, clean, and really comfortable, probably about as nice as a budget hotel gets. You won't mistake it for the Four Seasons, but if you're breaking up a 24-hour road trip and want a very comfortable bed, it does the job.
