It was handy for where we needed to be, and the room itself was clean. But street noise came straight through the door, which had no weather stripping. Each morning there was so much light around it that it looked like a halo. The flooring also had a raised edge between the linoleum and bathroom tile, maybe half an inch or five-eighths, that felt like a trip hazard. Service was a bit uncertain too. The woman who helped us the first night seemed annoyed that we'd bothered her.

The room and sheets were clean, and it might be fine for one person staying overnight, but I wouldn't choose it for a family. At booking, I remember the Chase Travel listing mentioning breakfast. What was offered at check-in was a nut bar, juice, and very weak coffee. The microwave didn't work, and neither did the room phone for calling reception. I told the front desk, but the manager wasn't apologetic and nothing had been fixed by checkout.

The floors were so dirty that my feet got filthy just walking around, and the ice machine on the second floor was really loud when I was trying to sleep. Staff were rude, unfriendly, and not welcoming. They say breakfast is offered, but all I saw was an area with juice and bars. I was told breakfast was removed because of Covid, which was about three years ago. This hotel gets 15 minus stars from me. I won't recommend it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked well for me. I'll definitely come back!
