Anniversary Inn - 5th South

Zenayda and Shantal made the whole trip smooth, relaxing, and unforgettable, and they're the reason we'll definitely return. Any question or request we had, they handled patiently and with a smile. You can tell they really care about guests. From the moment we arrived, their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel welcome, cared for, and at home. Our stay was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

We had such a great time in our train-themed room, with my husband putting on sound effects while we got fully into the fun. As visitors, we saw nothing of salt lake because we enjoyed staying here way too much. At checkout, the room doors were open, so you could see all the other fun rooms too. If we lived nearby, we'd probably come back and stay in every room over time for intimate fun and connecting. We're moving on now, but we won't forget this stay. Highly, highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. My husband booked us a room and called to change the date. They said it was no problem, but then he was charged twice. When he called about the charges, they said someone would get back to him. He had to call again, email receipts as requested, and never heard back. Another call got him the runaround about a new manager. Now they say the issue is too old to refund us or even give us a room. We were charged twice and stayed once.

In room 6, English Countryside, we found a hole in the wall with a direct line of sight to the bed. It could be reached from a hidden utility room next door. The sheetrock had been cut from the utility-room side, and there was a lock on the inside of a concealed access-panel door. A bench sat in front of the camouflaged door, and vines covered the hole. Police are investigating, but Anniversary Inn won't refund any of the two-night anniversary stay. We've stayed with Anniversary Inn many times before, but after this nightmare, we won't return. Please be cautious if you choose to stay here.
