I loved the gym, and the drinks were fantastic. Service was excellent, and the bathroom and room were immaculate, with old-world elegance mixed with modern comfort. Asher Adams, Autograph Collection in Salt Lake City has historic, nostalgic charm tied to its Union Pacific railway heritage, which made the stay unforgettable. A unique touch was using the hotel's photo booth to send a picture to my daughter in a wax-sealed envelope. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Asher Adams, Autograph Collection if you're visiting Salt Lake City.

Breakfast at the restaurant each day came with a big smile and excellent service. The lobby is stunning, the public areas are beautifully furnished, and the rooms are really well designed. Customer service was on point too. What a lovely surprise to find this gem in salt lake City: they completely remodeled an old train depot, mixing modern and retro style. A couple of small things could be better. The room coffee should be better, maybe an Nespresso machine. The lobby music early in the morning was far too loud. I'd also suggest having someone straighten the furniture and clear the glasses in the lobby at night, so it looks refreshed when people come down in the morning.

Room service was quick, delicious, and just what we needed after long days on the mountain. Staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Asher Adams itself is stunning, and you can feel the building's history the moment you walk in. That sense of history gives the hotel so much character and charm. The location is hard to beat, close to everything and about 40 minutes from the ski resorts, so it worked perfectly as a base for snow sports. Between the comfort, service, history, and convenience, it checked every box. This will absolutely be our go-to place when we come to ski or snowboard. Highly recommend!

This review is overdue, but deserved. I stayed twice in December 2024, only a few weeks after the property opened. It's a marvel how well-preserved the building looks with its modern touches. My first stay was great, with fresh food from the bar in the atrium/lobby and a great drink. On my second stay, the suites weren't sold out but were priced outrageously. It was my last Marriott stay of 2024, and I needed it to reach Ambassador. I spoke with the Management Team and got a better rate, though still VERY high, that kept the room profitable for them and got my dollar spend to where it needed to be. Thanks to the Asher Adams hotel and team, I had Marriott Ambassador Elite status throughout 2025. I'd also like to commend some favorite staff members: Erika, Diogo, Ephrem, and Suhani. They all go above and beyond for guests. Diogo is my favorite, since he was the first Employee I interacted with at the Asher Adams and made the experience unforgettable.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the gym is well equipped, and service has been responsive without being overbearing. We've stayed at the Asher Adams several times over the past few months. The restaurant and lobby bar have been consistently good for dinner, so I highly recommend the hotel. Valet parking is the one downside at $48 a night. They charge the room for valet but also hand out a claim ticket that asks you to pay to collect the car. On our first stay, we were charged twice, and getting a refund has been challenging.
