We had a group of 24, and the front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating. They also honored the military/government rate. Our rooms were super clean and the beds really comfortable. The downstairs lobby has plenty of seating and worked well for our group meetings.

The railroad track beside the hotel is active, so keep that in mind when booking. We also found the place and the rooms generally didn't seem clean, with wall marks, dust, and crumbs on the side tables. The TV volume limit was so low we could barely hear it, in both rooms we tried, and I suspect it's the same throughout the hotel. Our first room, #324, smelled like sewage. We noticed something similar in the lobby after checking in and hoped it would pass, but it didn't. After about two hours we went back to the desk. Thankfully, the young woman there was helpful and moved us. She said she sometimes smells it too. Without her help, this would have been a 1-star review. There are too many other places in the same price range to put up with this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean overall. The free breakfast was decent, too. The shower, though, was pretty gross, with mold all around the bottom edges, and the sliding bathroom door was really hard to open and close. We might come back if there aren't better options, but it wouldn't be our first choice.

This was my second stay. You can walk to plenty of places to eat and drink, and most spots around town are within a 15 minute drive. The breakfast was fine, though the woman watching everyone made it feel like grade school. Pretty weird. The room was much cleaner than on my last visit during covid, but we still found dirty underwear in it. Aside from that, it was very clean. The hallways get vacuumed, but not along the edges, where there was about 2” of dirt all the way down. There were also lots of dead bugs on the stairs.
