WoodSpring Suites San Angelo

We were a group of 14, and staff told us to take out our own trash and clean our room using supplies from the front desk. They wanted all the linens changed too, and said housekeeping only comes every 2 weeks. We were already paying to stay there, so being expected to do that work for free was ridiculous. Don't go here.

There was plenty of parking, and the room was more than adequate, with great access for disabled guests. It was surprisingly quiet despite being right beside the loop. The heater made an irritating noise all night, like someone doing donuts in the parking lot, and the mattress sagged on one side. My wife slept fine, as always. The receptionist tried to be friendly, but didn't quite pull it off.

I booked a room with an accessible bathroom, but at check in they gave my room to someone else and put me in a different one. There were no grab bars for me. I had said that I'm Deaf and disabled. I demand a refund.

I've stayed at this extended stay on and off for over 3 months. Everyone has been so welcoming and nice, and while I've been going through some life changes, they've gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I won't stay anywhere else. It's absolutely the best hotel in town.
