I arrived at 119 Gorman, #B, San Antonio, Texas, 78202, United States for vacation and found the door locks weren't working. They refused when I called to ask for a refund. I spent the rest of the day taking Ubers from hotel to hotel trying to find a place to stay. Do yourself a favor and don't book this house.

This neighborhood didn't feel safe, and the doors have no locks. I'd give negative stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel downtown.
