The on-site management team is exceptional, responsive and helpful, and it's clear they care about the community. The food trucks and other community events create a nice vibe. The complex itself is clean, modern, and well updated. If not for the parking and security, I wouldn't have complaints. Since I moved in, management changed the rules to let the general public park here freely. With no guards or police presence, and just one camera at the entrance and exit, none on any of the eight parking floors, the lot has become an easy target for thieves. My truck has been broken into twice in four months. The first time they smashed a window. Most recently, they took my tail lights, ladders, tools, jack stands, and more. Last week, my neighbor's car was stolen and police only recovered it days later. This lack of security leaves residents vulnerable and makes the parking area feel unsafe. Management needs to address it urgently with more cameras, patrols, or by reversing the public parking policy.

Gaby made the move-in process easy, and my wife and I are very happy with everything about the complex. We absolutely love our apartment. The views from the eighth-floor terrace are unbeatable, and we love living here.

SCAM ALERT! We lived there for two years and loved the location, management, and community. My husband even referred a friend more than seven months ago. Since we moved out, multiple staff members have quit, and we're still waiting for the referral check. I've heard three different things: “We’ll call you back,” “you’re check is in the mail,” and “it takes 30 days for corporate to cut a check, but they always send it out before then.” If scamming and lying are what you're into, give Agave a call. I'll keep everyone posted. I called on 3/4/26. The only manager who can help wasn't available. Evan told me to call back tomorrow between 11-12 and 2-3pm.

The staff have been the best part of my three years at Agave Apartments in San Antonio. Lana, Charlie, and especially Tony, the leasing manager, have been exceptional. Tony has helped me since my first lease, responds quickly, and even shares great guitar chats. The location in Southtown is prime and has a perfect pedestrian-friendly score. The amenities have recently been upgraded, including the pool, grilling areas, and club house. I've had a great experience living here. Here's a view from the rooftop grilling area.
