Towneplace Suites By Marriott Ocala

The location is a real plus, with Publix within walking distance. Josh was personable and helpful the whole time. He explained the Marriott Rewards program clearly, helped correct inaccurate information on my account, and made the process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated his support.

The kitchenette was especially useful for a longer stay. It was stocked with plates, silverware, wine glasses, pots, and pans. The hotel was very clean, and the staff we met were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Ocala while looking around the area for a future home. The location was so convenient, with Cody’s, Piesanos, McDonald’s, Dunkin’, Publix, and even a nail salon all within walking distance. We had a great experience and highly recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay.

I rented two rooms for my sons and their families and dog. Nearly a month ahead, I requested a crib for one room, but when they arrived on 12/20, they were told none were available. They had to put a one-year-old in a regular bed. My other son brought a dog, and I paid a pet deposit before the visit. When he checked out, the hotel refunded my card and charged his. I had said I was paying for everything, so I had to call and get them to credit his card and charge mine again. It was one of the most confusing visits I've had, and this isn't the first year I've rented from you.

Melissa and Kathy quickly sorted out our reservation mix-up and made things right after we arrived in Ocala and discovered it had been cancelled. The hotel was perfect, the rooms were super clean, and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. The staff were amazing. We always choose Marriott when we travel, and this is why.
