We accidentally left a pair of shoes behind and didn’t realize until we were home, three hours later. We called, and the hotel confirmed they’d kept them safe and were ready to return them. The staff were attentive, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and quiet at night. Breakfast had a good variety, though you need to get there before 9 a.m. We’ll definitely stay again.

Amin and the rest of the staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating, both with what my wife and I needed and what we wanted. The linens were clean, the room smelled fresh, the water was hot, and the appliances all worked. Best of all, not one roach in sight. We had an amazing stay, and this is our go-to place in San Antonio. Love it!

The pool, spa, and gym were all well maintained, and I really enjoyed the food and dining. The property had a comfortable feel with a touch of luxury. Check-in was easy and welcoming, and the staff made an effort to keep me comfortable throughout my stay. The man at the front desk was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear guest satisfaction matters to them.

My friend and I were treated extremely poorly, and I believe the staff were racist toward us. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s nice enough, but it felt like if they had a problem with you, they’d find a reason to get you out and keep your money. I plan to sue the hotel company because I didn’t deserve this treatment. A few nights ago, I arrived with a reservation. The staff looked at us in a way that felt inappropriate, almost discriminatory, and the two employees we approached were rude and made ugly faces. They seemed ready to refuse us right away, saying my ID scanned as invalid. They wouldn’t refund the three nights we’d booked. Thinking maybe they’d just had a bad day, I gave them another chance and made a new five-day reservation for $300, plus a $50 deposit. The first day and a half went fine. Then the older white man who’d given us trouble earlier in the week banged on my door and yelled at me for putting sheets from one bed outside. I said they were dirty, but he insisted they weren’t. We hadn’t used those sheets because we brought our own blankets. Less than 20 minutes later, the phone rang. They told me to come downstairs because the sheets were stained with blue ink. The manager said I had to pay $40 on top of the $50 deposit for the “damage” or leave. I said to take it from the deposit at checkout. He said they’d take it from the deposit and that I now owed the deposit. As far as I understand, the deposit is meant to cover damage. I hadn’t damaged anything, but the manager shouted across the lobby that I had 15 minutes to leave or he wouldn’t refund the last three days. My friend met me in the lobby and asked why we were being made to leave. The manager only said, “because we don't want y'all here.” That didn’t seem like a valid reason. We didn’t leave in time, and they’re refusing to refund us.
