That stay wasn't something I can brag about. The first room didn't work for us for a lot of reasons I won't get into, but when I mentioned it, they moved us to one that fit better. We left late the next day and lost our deposit. They also put up with a pretty big domestic dispute without calling the cops. Thank God for your patience and tolerance. We won't be back to bother you again.

They shut off the water Sunday night without telling us, and it still wasn't fixed by Monday, so I had to miss work. Since then, they've turned it off every day without notice, and now I'm facing the same problems I had Monday. My children have had to hold their bowels because the bathroom doesn't work without water. The staff have lied whenever I've asked what's going on, and haven't offered any discount or days off. I had to ask myself because they don't know how to do customer service. Now they won't even turn it on briefly, and it'll have been more than 24 consecutive hours without water by the time they expect to restore it. I don't see how this can be legal. I've stayed here for some time, and there have been other issues too: roaches, dirty carpet, occasional air conditioning problems, and I'm lucky if I get room service. I'm very upset. It was an alright place. There were lots of people roaming around late at night, but for the area, the manager did his best to keep things quiet and problem-free.

It looks nothing like the pictures. There were stains all over, including inside the fridge and on the shower curtain and tub. We saw mold and roaches too, with one in the microwave. In my sister's room, the TV didn't work and there wasn't a microwave. The pool was warm, but stained, and some creeps were watching us swim. DO NOT COME.
