Four Points By Sheraton San Antonio Airport

Lisa, the manager, is a real joy. She looks after guests with warmth and sincerity, and she's enthusiastic and easy to talk to. I absolutely LOVE staying here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the linens are good quality, and the amenities are on point. If you need a hotel in the San Antonio area with a great location and service, I'd highly recommend the Sheraton Four Points.

We had a pleasant stay and would come back. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the location is a nice distance from downtown. It was good not having to deal with parking struggles. The front desk staff were really nice. Our room was spacious, though the layout felt odd to me. I didn't request towels or extra amenities, so I can't really speak to the maid service. San Antonio, TX hotels are really good at staying top notch.

We got too tired to head out for dinner one night, so we tried the restaurant. The spinach grilled chicken salad was so good, and honestly all the food was. The staff were accommodating too. We also loved the clean heated pool and jacuzzi, the easy check-in, and how friendly everyone was. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided on the shower walls, which is really convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

The suite was clean, the service was excellent, and we felt well looked after, even though this isn't a 5 star hotel. We stayed one night, and the staff helped us with an extra bed. Most of the suites are wheelchair accessible, with a spacious, adaptable bathroom. The next morning, the manager suggested places to visit and told us about a festival happening in April. We plan to come back for it. Everyone was extremely helpful, and this is the best hotel I've stayed in so far.
