San Antonio Marriott Northwest Medical Center Hotel

Angela and Laura did a wonderful job in the catering and service area. Meals were delicious both days of our conference, the chicken mole especially, and the staff looked after our guests attentively. One server heard a guest say she loved the bread, and soon a fresh basket of hot rolls appeared beside her. From then on, there was a new basket at her seat every meal, and our glasses never sat empty. Thanks for taking such good care of our members. Theresa and Susan, thank you for helping us plan the event too!

We held a lovely luncheon for over 140 people from our non-profit at this Marriott. Our guests had great things to say about the food, service, and venue. Teresa Vasquez, the sales and catering manager, is a joy to work with and the secret to a successful function. Angela and Laura handled the room setup and meal service with professionalism, friendliness, and care. What a great team to help an event go smoothly.

Susie has made our stay amazing with the way she's looked after us and our accommodations. When we needed to extend the trip, she got us into another room right away. She even offered to store our luggage and have it brought up while we were out for the day. She greets us with a smile and keeps checking that we have what we need. I'd happily stay here again, and her excellent service is a big reason why.

We had a great two-week event here, with more than 40 of us staying at times, and the staff made it a really enjoyable experience. Khiera made sure our rooms were booked and ready, while Teresa did an outstanding job coordinating the whole event and helping with requests. Angela and Laura were fantastic with meals and room setup, and were always available when we needed something. A perfect stay for our group. I'd highly recommend the hotel for conferences and other large events.
