Everyone has been nice, including the staff, and it’s quiet at night so I can rest. I haven’t had any roaches, though I keep my room clean, so I can’t speak for anyone else. The price is affordable, there’s free Wi-Fi, and I have everything I need to make it feel like home. I have no complaints. It’s perfect for people saving up for a new home or apartment.

For a low-cost stay, this worked out well. The room was in good shape, with clean sheets and towels, a tidy bathroom, hot water, and working air conditioning. The fridge and microwave were fine too. The staff were really nice, and getting to the expressway was easy. McDonald's and Dennys were right nearby, and the parking lot had plenty of lighting.

We left after finding roaches in the bathroom and one crawling across the bed's headboard. Before that, we’d already noticed how dirty the toilet was, and the outlets by the beds and desk wouldn’t charge our phones. The first room smelled awful, like it had been mopped with a foul-smelling mop. The replacement room had the same odor, though it was milder. We bought air fresheners and tried to settle in, but the bugs were the last straw. When we asked for our money back, we were told refunds were only available within 15 minutes. Management acknowledged the roach problem, and we were left hoping to get our deposit back. This was supposed to be a one-day trip, and Flex Studios was convenient for a last-minute booking. After arriving, we were charged a $25 deposit on top of the room charge and taxes. When I asked why, the front desk employee muttered that hotel guests should know what a deposit is, then said it covered unregistered visitors, damage, or missing items. There was another problem unfolding at the desk as we were leaving: a guest said his room was flooding. The assistant manager, or whoever she was, listened from the back office and said she shouldn’t even be there. She called someone to ask if the water was running, then she and the front desk employee pointed the guest to the closet with the mop and bucket. He left to clean up the flood himself. BAD EXPERIENCE... SAVE YOUR MONEY!

We’re waiting for our new house to be finished, and staying here has felt like having a home away from home. The man at the front desk made us feel welcome with his friendly conversation, and the staff took safety precautions and brought us extra bathroom supplies whenever we asked. My family appreciates the effort. The price is just a bonus.
