I’m here for work right now, and I’m already planning to look for StayAPT on future trips. Raymond made check-in easy and was genuinely friendly and helpful. The apartment setup is really comfortable, with a proper kitchen: good-sized fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, plus dishes and cookware. There’s a little wear in the room, which happens, but I’ve loved staying here. It’s a five-out-of-five choice for a longer visit.

The rooms work like small apartments, with a mid-sized fridge and freezer, sink, full stove, and dishwasher. Ours faced Hwy 1604, and the traffic noise actually helped me sleep. On the final night I accidentally left our key inside. My wife tried the app, but because we’d checked in cold, we didn’t have a confirmation number. The emergency line went to a voicemail box that was full, and I started worrying we’d be stuck until morning and miss our flight. I eventually called the after-hours number. At 11:30 pm a representative came to let us in, and offered to make another key from the office. When she opened the door, I spotted mine on the cabinet. I felt bad about the trouble and was very grateful for her help.

The gym and laundry room were both clean and kept up well, and for the price this is hard to beat. We stayed five nights. Our room was on the third floor looking toward the 1604 construction, where trucks were loud and constant on the first night. We asked to move, and the staff responded quickly, giving us a room away from the road for nights two through five. That noise is the reason I’m giving four stars instead of five. Ask for a room that doesn’t face 1604.

I won’t stay here again. I booked on the website, received a confirmation number, and was charged for the night, but when I arrived at 10 pm there was nobody in the lobby. I understood the desk closed at 8, so I downloaded the recommended app to check in, but it wouldn’t let me. I called the manager, Matilda, and she was rude and couldn’t help. She said I had no reservation or confirmation, even though I did, and told me to dispute the charge. I will. Customer service was a zero out of ten.
