I keep choosing this hotel because the rooms have been clean on every visit, and the staff are helpful and great. I’ve stayed several times and haven’t had a single complaint. Breakfast is usually pretty good, too, and is one reason I like coming back. The location isn’t ideal for me since it takes a bit of driving to reach where I need to go, but I still prefer it to other places in the same price range. Great value, and I love this place.

There was plenty of parking, and the area was quiet. The staff were friendly, including room service, who were always helpful. We consistently had clean towels, toilet paper, and coffee. The rooms were clean and nice, with a good AC and heater. Breakfast was available every morning, decent, and enough for us, even if the choices were limited. The location was great. The one thing missing was a ventilation fan in the bathroom.

The second floor smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it was hard to breathe. We were thankful our third room was on a floor where the smell didn’t choke us. It took two room changes to find sheets we could sleep on, after seeing brown stains. When I asked the front desk clerk if he would sleep on stained sheets, he hesitated, then asked us to inspect the sheets in the third room and decide if they were clean enough. The next day we requested sheets so we could change them ourselves. During our three-night stay, the room was never cleaned, and they only asked whether we wanted towels. Breakfast was a joke: we weren’t allowed to serve ourselves, and the server acted as if we were asking for food we hadn’t paid for. He handed us eggs and orange juice, and I had to ask for toast. We didn’t go back. You get what you pay for.

I stayed at Clarion point hotel for almost a year because it was clean and I liked the atmosphere. The staff were pleasant, courteous, and always ready to help. Kimberly Brown, the housekeeper supervisor, made sure I had what I needed, and Kelly, at the front desk and as a housekeeper, was always smiling, pleasant, and happy to chat with guests. It felt more like a bed and breakfast. People would ask if I needed anything whenever I came out of my room, and they helped make the stay comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for better service, and I’d absolutely stay again.
