Heritage Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport, Trademark Wyndham

After a long day, missing my flight and walking from the airport to the hotel, I was grateful for Natalia at the front desk. She was very kind, attentive, and helpful with all my questions. The airport shuttle is a nice extra. It was an excellent stay.

The booking was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, from the hotel to the rooms, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices.

The hotel is about three minutes from the airport and has great food options nearby. Parking was easy, with several ways to enter the hotel, and breakfast was hot and fresh. It's under new management, so the hotel sign is hard to see, but once you get there, it's really nice.

The service was great, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The rooms were great too, though the bathrooms are small if you want a roomy space. Breakfast was delicious. Getting to the hotel was the difficult part. It's right after a highway exit, and Google Maps sent me to the back of the hotel, which is the front of another suites hotel. Cars on the highway were audible all day and night, and some were racing. I was hoping for better soundproofing.
