Whenever I'm in town and call, they know who I am and welcome me warmly. They always take good care of me, and their pricing is straightforward and a good deal. If you need an affordable place to stay, this is the spot.

I've been staying here for a little over a month, and it's a really cool little place. The beds are huge, the AC is great, and there are tons of good TV and movie channels. The owner is respectful and very nice. The housekeepers are sweet too, and always check if I need fresh sheets, towels, toilet paper, or anything else. The prices are fair, and it's way better than the other spots on Austin Highway, for sure. 100%.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, and decent amenities make this a good value. It's a no-frills hotel, but it gets the basics right.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the AC worked great. It's simple, affordable, and well kept. I'd stay again.

I was there for two nights for medical tests and surgery, and neither night brought any rest. Lawn equipment was running after dark, apparently at a business a couple of doors down. I complained and asked for a refund, but of course none was given. The shower was dangerous too. The tiled floor and the surface you step onto outside it were both slippery, so I had to put towels down in the shower to make it safe to use. We should get our $130 back, no doubt. Hopefully this saves someone else from the same awful experience 🙏
