InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio Airport

Latonia is one of my favorite things about this location. It's perfectly placed by stores and a bus stop, and the cleaning ladies are very nice. The rooms are some of the biggest and best I've stayed in at an inn town suites. Love this location and its staff!

I spent a week on the property between leases and had zero issues. The room was clean when I arrived, and the fridge was spotless. It's close to groceries, dining, and shopping. The General Manager, Latonia Almeida, is open and welcoming and seems to genuinely care about the many guests who stay for all kinds of reasons.

I've never felt so safe coming home from work at 3am, even though I sometimes work very late. This is one of the most peaceful, wonderful places I've stayed. All the employees are wonderful, and it's so clean.

I left for another location without seeing the room. The building looked run down, so I guessed the room might be too. Customer service was nonexistent, and the man at the front desk needs to adjust his attitude. My reservation said check-in was between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., but he said it was at 3 p.m. Other locations all have check-in at 11:00am. It doesn't make sense to set check-in and check-out at the same time if it can't be handled properly. You'll get a better room and better service at a different location.
