For a quick night near the airport, this was clean, quiet enough to rest, and easy to get to. There's no breakfast, just coffee, which seemed fair for the price and the kind of stay. It did what I needed before or after a flight. I wouldn't choose it for a longer visit, but it's a solid no-frills option for a night or two when convenience and value matter.

We traveled to San Antonio for uscis business, and the hotel was well located, clean, and staffed by friendly people. We were a family of four, and my six-year-old daughter is profoundly autistic. She had major meltdowns the first night, during the night, and the next morning. I wasn't surprised when the front desk called about a noise complaint. They didn't ask us to leave, but we decided it was best to check out a day early so we wouldn't disturb other guests. We came home wanting to put it behind us. Then today, someone from the hotel called to say the manager wanted to refund our second night because they felt bad. We hadn't expected that after all the commotion. Thank you to the manager. You don't know how much that kind gesture eased a difficult trip. I'd recommend this hotel for its customer service alone. Well done, Red Roof, on your San Antonio airport staff.

We had no real issues, and I'd stay here again. We brought two cats, and the solid floor seemed less likely to collect fleas and would be easy to clean if there was an accident. The only small hassle was that the cat could get underneath the bed, so I had to lift the mattress and box spring while my wife retrieved a hiding cat. We looked around and saw no signs of insects.

The rooms were clean, the desk was clean, and the exterior was well maintained. They honor military service, which not everyone does these days. The location isn't great, though, and charging about $10 less might bring in more customers. You can carry your piece openly or concealed with a permit. Without one, show him your iron, and if a girl is in danger, you may get a call. There's a discount output too. Thumbs up. Bye bye birdies.
