I’m coming up on three months here, and chose this place because it’s five minutes from work. There’s a Walmart across the street, plus Sam’s, a major car wash, and plenty of restaurants and businesses within one to two square miles. The location is central, off I-10 and University Heinz, just before Dates of All Road. The rooms are modern, clean, and efficient, with a full kitchen. I brought a lot of my things out of storage to make mine feel like home. You badge in, and security is good. The floors smell amazing after they mop them, and the cleanliness is excellent. There’s in-house laundry and a full modern gym. It’s dog-friendly, and staff are friendly, generous, and accommodating. Basic Wi-Fi is free, with paid upgrades available. I use the free level to stream apps on my Roku stick, and it buffers now and then, but you pick your battles. I still get the regular channels and my apps. I’d like the rent to stop going up because I want to stay a long time and don’t want to be priced out. I’m saving for a car and have medical issues to take care of, and I wanted somewhere that feels like home, with a roof over my head. Thanks to all the staff.

I’ve been here a little over a month, and it’s fairly quiet. The room has a fridge, sink, two-burner stove, microwave, clothes storage, and shelves. The bathroom is a good size. Dogs are welcome. There’s an elevator and stairs for getting to the upper rooms, and the coin laundry on the first floor can also be paid through the CSC website. Walmart, HEB, Sam’s, and some fast food places are nearby. Jeremy at the front desk has helped me whenever I needed something and answered my questions. Homie needs a raise! I’d recommend the place.

I’ve called WoodSpring Suites San Antonio (University location) home for about five months, and it’s been a good experience. It’s comfortable for a long-term stay, and I’ve found it clean, safe, and supportive. The friendly, professional staff are always willing to help. Special thanks to Jeremy for going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. I’d recommend it.

I can’t say a lot about the hotel because I had to cancel my reservation, but I did speak with Maria. She was extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. I hope her manager sees this because she deserves rockstar treatment. She’s an asset, and people like her are hard to come by these days.

The kitchenette had exactly what I needed, and my room was clean with plenty of space. I spent a week at WoodSpring suites and felt safe and comfortable throughout the clean building. Dylan was really helpful when I checked in and out. I was so happy with the stay.
