The price, cleanliness, and comfort would bring me back. My room was spacious, with a comfortable, clean-looking bed and a small fridge for food. The bathroom had hot water and seemed fine. My Lyft driver warned me to be careful in the area, which made me nervous since I was alone, but nothing happened during my stay. The staff did their jobs, though they weren't especially helpful or terrible. I missed breakfast, so I can't say what it was like, but they do serve some kind.

It's a motel, so keep your expectations reasonable. I've stayed in places meant to be much better that were far worse. The recent renovation, which may still have been underway, left the rooms very clean when I was there in November 2017. Staff treated guests well, and it was fine for a weekend. In the daytime things seemed mellow, though I wouldn't want to walk around the area at night. The closest place to eat was In & Out.

I killed six cockroaches just in my room, and one ran across my foot last night. The owner or manager was so rude to my wife that he made her cry and treated her like she was homeless. She says she has never felt so unwelcome, even at a seedy roach motel. I wouldn't recommend this place if it were the last one in town. Camping would be better than this dump.

I love staying here. The beds and towels are clean, the beds are really comfortable, and the pillows feel just right. The staff are great, and it's quiet. At other hotels I can hear people in the rooms next door or below, but here at Econo Lodge I don't hear anything from my room. Five stars for my stay, thanks Econo Lodge, great job👍
