Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott San Bernardino

Sleep was nearly impossible with freeway noise outside and the air conditioner roaring inside. The faucet only gave scalding water, with no usable normal temperature, and the tap seemed broken. When I tried to shower, the shampoo bottles were there but empty, so I had to get out without washing. A truly awful hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.

The front desk staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. On our first night the air conditioner smelled like something was burning, so we went to the desk and the young woman moved us to another room right away, no hesitation. We had no more problems after that, and the two-night stay ended up being pleasant.

The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was nice. The hotel was clean too. You need a key card to enter, even through the front door. There were people smoking pot outside, and it would've helped if the smoking area were farther from the entrances.

The room was quiet and clean, and I have no complaints. Management even came out to greet me. The staff worked well together and were professional, from the front desk to the maid service. Much respect to everyone here.
