The staff were nice, and the location was close to services. The room looked freshly updated, with an abstract splatter paint job over the cabinets and appliances. The bed was made and clean, apart from the cockroach on the pillow. Flushing the toilet brought up ominous toilet paper, and a piece of white painted plywood seemed to be there for ambiance around the cockroach living in the toilet paper tube and shower. If you need a cheap place for one night and can put up with some cockroaches and sketchy people outside, it's alright. You probably won't die here.

My girlfriend and I have stayed at this Motel several times, and every visit has been polite and professional. The rooms are nice and clean, and the location is perfect. Thanks, Ace Budget, for making our stays pleasant. Derek B. & Melissa M. Rm106

Raul at the front desk made sure everything went smoothly. He was friendly and super helpful, and the service really stood out. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. A great stay at Ace Budget Motel for an affordable price. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 🌟🏨

I’m not coming back. The bathroom wouldn’t flush, the bed was noisy, and the room was dirty. Staff were rude, and I was left with two dirty towels and no trash can. Awful place.

I’ve been staying at Ace Budget for a long time, and they always treat me right. The service is good and we always get clean rooms. Anytime ECB man, try Ace Budget man.
