The front desk attendant had no people skills and didn’t communicate well when we needed directions or help. On our second day, we asked for clean towels and were told they were on the way, but they never came. After six polite calls asking for fresh ones, we were ignored. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

10/10! The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, so tip them if you can, they deserve it. The rooms are comfortable and have everything, including shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. There’s also access to a washer and dryer. If you’re missing anything, just tell the front desk.

The ongoing toilet problem and the way staff handled it made me check out early and book another hotel. The toilet was clogged when I first reported it to the morning staff. When I raised it again later, the afternoon employee said the morning person hadn’t told her, then coldly offered me a plunger because “there’s nobody here.” She eventually called maintenance, but it clogged again that night. The following morning I told the manager about the plumbing and the room change issue. He said he’d reserved another room, but when I returned that day, nothing had changed and the toilet was still clogged. With this unresolved, I expected a prompt move instead of the hotel continuing to take new reservations. I’ve lost trust and wouldn’t stay here again. I’d also asked in the morning to switch to a room with two beds. The staff member said one would be available after checkout later that day. When I got back from my meeting, no change had been made, which I understood. But when I followed up, the afternoon employee responded with an attitude: “No, that wasn’t supposed to happen!” It would have been fine if there were no rooms, but I was only asking based on what I’d been told. A clear, polite explanation would have helped.

The room is amazing, with a full kitchen and dishwasher, and there’s a great pool and jacuzzi. Getting anywhere without a car takes a while. My key demagged, and I waited 15 minutes for the front desk.
