John & Manu were amazing, and the valet team was outstanding. They greeted me with a smile, were friendly and professional, and handled my car carefully. The whole process was smooth, and I felt confident leaving my vehicle with them. They had it ready quickly when I returned. Highly recommend these valet guys.

The staff were accommodating during all three days we stayed, and the room was nice. Breakfast was typical. The pool was broken and needed to be drained. I’m very sensitive to pets, so I probably won’t stay again, though it was a good find at a fair price in a perfect location. I’m glad I read about parking options, since I wouldn’t have wanted to pay $45 a day for valet.

The location was within walking distance of everything, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. I was in town for a business trip and stayed only because everything else was booked. The building needs serious renovation. The room smelled dusty, the fridge looked like one from an apartment building, the couch was ripped, and the bed looked old and broken. The toilet took four flushes to work, and there was blood on the wall by the toilet paper.

We’ve stayed here twice over the past couple of months because it was convenient. Tommy gave us great service both times, even when we weren’t happy with our stay. He always sent us off smiling. He deserves a raise for handling so many different people and attitudes. Thanks, Tommy, for excellent service every time!
