Being able to cast from my phone was a nice perk since there are no hospitality TVs. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and Rita, the host, and the manager were both kind and accommodating. Hotel GiGi is right downtown and feels like good value. Since it’s staffless, check-in works a little differently, and Expedia had the details wrong for us. I’d book directly through the hotel if possible. I’d happily stay again.

The room was on the small side, but the price is great for this location. Our staff member was friendly and helpful, fixed an error with our room code right away, and gave us useful advice about parking and places to visit.

It was clean and did what we needed, but this felt more like an expensive hostel than a hotel. The listing online gave a misleading impression, and the walls are so thin you can hear everyone nearby. I wouldn’t stay again.

The Gaslamp location was great, and both the room and the helpful staff made for a very enjoyable stay.

The location was convenient, but the hotel itself felt questionable. The hallway and room smelled like pee the whole time. Be careful if you stay here.
