When I mentioned needing toothpaste and asked if I could pick some up in the morning, they sent someone straight to my room with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash. That small gesture made my night. Earlier, I’d accidentally locked myself out, and staff quickly sent someone to let me back in. They asked the right identity questions on the phone to confirm I was a guest, which I appreciated for security. The hospitality, service, and attention to detail have been outstanding. The staff has been amazing!

Paz from the restaurant made me smile every day. She greeted me cheerfully each time we crossed paths, and I’d walk away feeling happy. Mr. Eric also went above and beyond when my friends drove 2.5 hours to meet me. He helped me find a parking spot for them. Those kind moments stay with me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

There were tons of small bugs, alive and dead, across the bathroom, beds, and nightstand, so the room left a lot to be desired. The location is convenient to the airport. Lexie at the front desk was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating, going above and beyond after our long day of travel when we had an early morning ahead.

I only stayed one night on a last-minute San Diego trip and chose this beautiful property because it was near the airport. It’s spread across multiple buildings, which I hadn’t realized when I booked the second building, about an 8 min walk away. Golf carts run between the buildings. Harmony checked me in and got me an upgraded room in the main building with a stunning view of the bay and downtown skyline. The hotel is a bit secluded, and I didn’t see many parking options outside it. Parking there is expensive. I returned my rental car instead, since the free airport shuttle was quick and efficient. There are lots of activities and nice pools I would have tried if I’d stayed longer. It seems like a good stay for families with kids. You can constantly hear planes overhead because the property is so close to the airport. For me it was more like white noise and wasn’t an inconvenience, but if you’re a light sleeper and very sensitive to noise, this may not be the spot for you.
