Hyatt Place San Francisco Downtown

There’s a handy parking garage on site for $26 a day. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was tasty at $14 per person, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place.

The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The hotel was clean, with rooms spacious enough and comfortable beds and pillows. But the rooms are very noisy: both the AC and fridge hum, and neither can be turned off.

The property was so clean and well equipped, and the location was great. Vagish at the front desk was amazing with customers. He remembered my name, checked on us whenever we passed, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Solange was great too. This place has turned me from a loyal Hilton girl into a loyal Hyatt customer!

The carpet was my one complaint. It seemed dusty in several places in my room, and I’m not sure it had even been vacuumed. Most hotels don’t seem to shampoo carpets often, though. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were kind, and I felt safe. My floor was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was unlike anything I’ve had before, with a wide variety of food and delicious coffee. It’s very close to Oracle park and a doable walk to Chase Center. I had a very nice stay.
