The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating from check-in through checkout, and the parking was great. We stayed on the third floor in the two-bedroom suite with our family, and it was perfect. It felt more like a cabin than a motel. For this price, it’s hard to beat the safe, clean stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it. Thank you guys!

The front desk staff were exceptional, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was super clean, the floor was the shiniest I’ve ever seen, and the bed was really comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and parking, too. It’s close to everything you need, though it’s on a very busy street. Getting from the airport by Lyft was easy. Great experience.

The rooms were clean and looked updated, with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The motel is well located, and there’s a bus stop right outside, so public transit is the easiest way around. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer questions. They even stored our bags after checkout and let us keep the car parked there longer so we could do our Alcatraz tour. We were on the first floor, and you could hear EVERYTHING from upstairs. The people above us were really loud the first night, but we finally got good sleep the next two. If noisy guests are a problem, let the front desk know.

Parking was available, but spaces were very tight, which I can understand given how little room there is in San Francisco. The location is excellent for sightseeing and going to bars. Ari at the Lombard Hotel was incredibly nice and always ready to help. The room was spotless and recently renovated, which made the stay much better.

The shower had good water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the room was nice. It’s a 20-minute walk to Lombard st, and parking is free.
