The room key quit working on my last day, well before checkout, and I got locked out. I went to the desk with my ID; they said they’d fixed it, but they hadn’t. WiFi was also a nightmare. I couldn’t stream or cast anything to unwind before bed. It didn’t meet expectations.

We had a really good stay. The apartment was beautiful, the staff were great, and getting around from this location was very convenient.
