Courtyard San Jose North/Silicon Valley

The one letdown was breakfast. Even with high status, there’s no complimentary buffet like at many Marriotts. There’s a coffee stand, and they can prepare some food if you have time to wait. Otherwise, the hotel has a fresh, modern feel, with nicely furnished rooms and a pleasant pool area. Target is next door if you need anything.

We were having a very nice stay until checkout on 10/19. A housekeeper was pushy and rude about us leaving, even though we were going well before 12. She said we were in her way and pushed past me to get into our room. I’ve never felt so disrespected. She frightened my child, so we left quickly. I didn’t feel comfortable asking her name, but I think her name tag said “Marsha” or “Martha”.

The rooms were super clean, and the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Had a great stay.

There’s a pool, jacuzzi, and a bistro with several food options. My room had a nice bar setup with a fridge, a sofa couch, and a king size bed. There were both regular and USB plugs by the sofa and on the room clock, and the bathroom had a shower/tub combo. The walls are thin, as others have mentioned, though it was fairly quiet during my stay. I was there for an appointment at the Stanford Cancer center. It’s a beautiful hotel with friendly, excellent staff, plenty of lounge seating, a nice atmosphere, a business center, a fitness room, and laundry services. Target is in the same parking lot, and there’s plenty of parking. The hotel has immediate freeway access to the 237, I wanna say, and several multi-story office buildings are across the street.
